We are to going to the Burgos center to show you the pretty beautiful monuments of Burgos. The first we are going to talk is Santa Maria´s Arc. It was built between XIV-XV century. It is the way to the main street, where is The Cathedral. The second we are going to talk is The Cathedral. This is one of the most prestigious monuments of Spain. It has got a gothic style, the beginning of the built was in XIII century.

In our University, the influence of Europe is high. For example, The Iccram (International Center for Research on Critical Raw Materials and Advanced Industrial Technologies) of the University of Burgos was awarded as a reference in the European Alliance of Innovation in Critical Raw Materials, achieving presence and coordination in four new action groups. The city of Burgos stands as an international benchmark when it celebrates the planned assembly of AEGEE (Association des Etats Généraux des Etudiants de l'Europe), a voluntary non-profit organization that operates independently of any political party. During the meeting the relations between Europe and Russia will be discussed. In addition there will be conferences, workshops on information technologies and promote the practices in institutions or postgraduate studies with the purpose of facilitating their incorporation into the labor market. So the importance of our University in the rest of Europe is very important.

Our University is in Burgos, it is situated at the outside, we´re studying Pedagogy so we´re in the Education University , there are 5 kinds of universities depends on the career you would to study. We´re going to talk about Education university, the rooms are big with lots of tables and chairs . we´ve got prety good teachers, nowadays  we´ve got a lot of knowledge about the subjects.

the relationship between Burgos and Europe

Well, we´re going to talk about Burgos and the relation with Europe. In Burgos we speak Spanish, a global lenguage. In Europe there are a Union, The European Union is a  political  and  economic union  of  28 member states  that are located primarily in our continent . Our coin is the euro (€), a coin which with we can pay in all countries with this currency. The cultural context is wide , for example, we eat blood sausage,with rice or onion. We have a Cathedral which is important in Spain.

  The conversion of Vitoria street into a boulevard: The City council of Burgos is trying to reconvert part of Vitoria Street on a boulevard, limiting traffic and prioritizing pedestrians traffic and bicycles. The problem? This street is one of the main arteries of the city , so neighbours argue that they will have traffic problems: four lanes will turn in one and most of the parking spaces will be eliminated . Burgos Rodrigo Diaz De Vivar

Hello we are three students of Pegagogy , our names are Yanira Paula and Beatriz. We are going to tell a bit about Burgos . In the first place we are going to tell you the history about the "CID CAMPEADOR" (Rodrigo  Díaz De Vivar ): Rodrigo Díaz de Vivar, born around the year 1040 in Vivar, Burgos. It belonged to a family of infanzones or nobles of second category, and was educated next to the future king of Castile Sancho II, that when acceding to the throne distinguished to him with outstanding positions in his army. Rodrigo Díaz participated actively with Sancho II in several contests that this maintained against his brothers. Alfonso de León, Garcia de Galicia and Urraca, Reina de Zamora. When Sancho II died in the famous siege of Zamora. When he was proclaimed king of Castile and Leon, Rodrigo Diaz remained enmity with the new King. Later, the monarch sought to gain Rodrigo Diaz and arranged a marriage with the queen of the royal lineage Dona Jimena. Towards 1079
